How to shop
Browse through the various product categories, then click on BUY for your selected item. You will be able to decide on how many of the selected item you wish to purchase and either continue shopping or go to the checkout and place your order. Your order will take place in a secure environment (see Security below) and following processing a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. All payments are to be made in £ sterling using a debit or credit card. We accept Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Delivery
Delivery costs £4.95 per order. We will endeavour to send out items the next day following your order – please allow 7 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature. If you have any queries about your delivery please contact us on 01444 459171.
Returns
We hope you are really pleased with your purchase. However if you are in any way unhappy with it, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding postage costs) provided we receive it back within 10 working days of our despatching it to you. For reasons of hygene we regret we are unable to accept returned pierced earrings. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging together with the receipt. You should note we are not responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage. We must emphasise we are unable to refund the cost of returned items where they have been used in any way.

For further security, HSBC handles your payment details to ensure your data is processed as securely as possible. No credit card details are stored or submitted through the site.
